NEW - DARS/CAS Campus Support Services
A RightNow Technologies site will replace darsinfo@so.mnscu.edu . It is intended for discussions and questions about all aspects of the DARS and CAS products, training announcements, implementation issues, technical issues, and other related information.
This is not intended for the public, but will support campus encoders, TA, transfer specialist and administrators who have questions about the all issues related to the functionality of DARS and CAS. The new address is: http://dars.custhelp.com. The site consists of Answers, Ask a Question, and My Account.
The Knowledge base currently has 72 Answers of commonly asked questions, along with documentation links for detailed information. Users can browse through the data by selecting topics and searching by keyword to become familiar with what’s available. If an answer can't be located, go to Ask a Question at any time.
Questions will be handled by the first available DARS/CAS Team member. Please feel free to address questions to a particular person if you have worked with them on a similar issue or wish to work with a particular team member directly. You can also email us directly if you wish, but we will be able to build a better database of answers and have a better tracking system by using the DARS/CAS Campus Support Services.
We welcome feedback and look forward to serving you better through this new system.
