Updated "Complete a MnTC Goal requirement based on Transfer" Exception.

Two new headers have been added to u.select. The Course Equivalency Results Header message: "Courses in Minnesota Transfer Curriculum Goals 1 through 10 at any MnSCU school will meet the same Goal Area(s) when tranferring TO any other MnSCU School" and the Plan Submit Header message: "Your plan will open up in a new window with All Sections Closed. We recommend you choose the Open All Sections link. Look for program/major requirements, which sometimes appear at the bottom of the plan."

u.select version 4.3.3 was rolled out in March and features a number of improvements and new features. Additionally, St. Catherine University (formerly College of St. Catherine) in Saint Paul, MN has recently licensed u.select and has Course Equivalencies for most MnSCU schools.
