| Pat Carmody has requested an enhancement to add an INCLTOP/Fulldemo item to DISPLAY the degree, major & concentration code from ST1100UG Area-Study (#DM# ???). They force some specialized audit reports and they need to have the major display to know whether to not the student has been 'formally' admitted to the related major. 05-17-04 |
| Dave Reinen: INCLTOP enhancement to have the Exception Memo field print on the audit. MSU-Mankato would like it to print, in the case of CA type exceptions next to the course in the Sub-Requirement. However, if this is not possible, it could be printed in INCLTOP or INCLBOT. User Group requests that we explore if this can be accomplished with a COM setting or by an INCLTOP enhancement. 05-19-04 |

Cool student not admitted in ISRS 2004 User Conference 04-12-05: Discussion consisted of attaching it to "end-date." What if college doesn't end date? Colleges could look at "no active registration, last modified & end-date. Each college would have to determine what to look at. Functionality to include campus defined years (0=no delete, 1 to 9 years), per their policy. |

| Rule Report fixes - Via the process monitor, only alternates appear. Via email, it cuts off and sends the report before the processing has finished, need to delay the sending of the email until after the processing has finished. |

that we can also provide contact information for the advisor as

| Enhancement to #RC: Advisor access code no longer prints once student registers, but doesn't give any more information as to why it doesn't print. South Central College (Sharon) requests that if a student has already registered for the term, a message like 'Registered for this term' prints instead of being blank. |

printing: If a major is end dated on the student's area study/int in ISRS, and another major isn't, two audits run - one NO AUDIT and one audit for the current, active major. Change logic to say that if the student does have a valid active major, don't print the NO AUDIT audit |
| New INCLTOP item #PC# #PC# is a display incltop item that will compensate for the fact that partnered courses coded as Local Credits in ISRS appear in an audit with no indicator that they are taught by another institution. [Note that these courses appear on the audit only if they are added as an acceptable course in DARS program encoding.] This will display, after any text (label) that is input after the #PC, the course discipline, number and the institution name associated with the SOURCE_RC_ID, only if such courses exist on a student record and when the SOURCE_TRANSCRIPT_CODE=L. |
